Natural Cures for ADHD

When it comes to Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), the market is expanding in
relation to medication treatment options. Keep in mind that many of the drugs on
the market today are very, beneficial but they also come with side effects.
Because of this, we see a growing number of people looking for natural cures for
ADD. These people are tired of putting chemicals in the body and tired of

diet. If you look at cereal, most is coated with sugar and soda is loaded with
sugar, as is home bought peanut butter, jelly, candy, cookies, and so on. While
ADD does not have the hyperactivity associated with ADHD, sugar can still have a
negative impact, causing the child to feel “off”, having bursts of energy
followed by low lows. In other words, high levels of sugar puts far too much
stress on anyone’s body but for the person with ADD or ADHD, it goes over the
top.
Certain deficiencies are often associated with ADD and ADHD such as magnesium.

not with drugs but through natural supplements or diet. When someone has a
deficiency in magnesium, you would commonly see things like depression,
restlessness, irritability, and anxiety, all things associated with ADD.
